Current Turnaround times:

Our current turnaround time for our regular orders is 2-3 weeks. If you have any questions regarding our current turnaround time please email us at sewloveableemb@gmail.com 

 

Returns 

Due to the pandemic, we are not excepting any returns. All sales are final. 

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at Sew Loveable Embroidery!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at sewloveableemb@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. You have 90 days to contact us for your partial refund.  If the 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a partial refund. 

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at sewloveableemb@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
